Hi.
I just wandered on in here because I've been hearing this term 'PATHS' alot and also seeing postings to this forum often.
I did look at one of the websites and understand that it's some sort of a reprogramming system of one's subconscious and that for some reason it's important to take Spirulina (used to take lots of this stuff, and the Blue/Green Algae supplements from CellTech, Garden of Life Products,etc:)
But WHAT are these 'modules' that is offered? Are they CD;s with affirmations that you play over and over? Are they subliminal?
I'd appreciate it if someone could give me the shortcut explanation of what and how to use this 'PATHS' system.

thanks for replying so promptly and with those FAQ's. Yes I did actually read them, however I still have more questions that it didn't seem to fully answer for me.
This RDT: Is there some sample of this stuff, so I can see/feel what it does, how it works?
Is it like brainwave music?
What does a CD or DVD have on it? Sounds? Music? Talking? Pictures?
Could you give me some example, perhaps?
Meanwhile, I'll still keep looking at any/all websites I can find to get a grasp of what PATHS is.

Okay...now...I see you are interested in exactly what the PATHS Theatre Presentation is like.... Just remember that you will not receive the benefits from it as each PATHS Presentations are personalized. The Paths presentation comes as a video on your computer screen.
It 'appears' as a still picture in the background with words moving constantly moving over it. There is also a pulsing white light in the centre which you are supposed to keep your attention on. All the visual stuff is to keep the conscious mind distracted while the real PATHS informations is delivered to the subconscious.
The presentation also has some relaxing water type music to go with it which required headphones to hear properly. It is binaural beat music. The binaural beat music is also to help the PATHS instructions go in more easily.
The PATHS instructions are embedded into both the visual and audio parts. You won't be able to consciously see or hear the instructions but your subconscious will :-)
In fact, PATHS have done experiments where they have turned the screen 'black' (not off) and people viewing the apparently blank screen still got results!!!!

The information is delivered to your subconscious via sound and vision.
The sound part requires headphones because it is delivering different frequencies to each ear, which doesn't work if you use speakers.
Alternatively, you can just turn off the sound and watch the video.
The sound and the vision contain the same instructions.
